Your responsibilities will include evaluating part designs, leading scrap reduction initiatives, and maintaining standards of excellence. You'll be expected to track quality metrics and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate smooth new product transitions to Operations
• Estimate and quote for molding equipment
• Address customer quality rejections and corrective actions
• Co-lead monthly readiness reports for management
• Ensure comprehensive training and communication on launches
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in relevant field
• Over 5 years of engineering experience
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Proven ability in process control and improvements
• Experience in developing process flow documentation
Ensure product excellence and quality control in manufacturing with Magna Exteriors.
