With 3-5 years of relevant experience along with a degree in Building Technology or HVAC, you will utilize your technical skills to perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate service delivery across the facility. Your expertise will also allow you to train and support your team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain HVAC and building systems equipment
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
• Control systems via Building Automation for optimal efficiency
• Test and calibrate environmental parameters
• Train and support maintenance technicians
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in facility maintenance
• Diploma in Building Technology or related field
• Knowledge of WHMIS and safety practices
• Proficiency in Building Automation and HVAC systems
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
