Remote Lodge Operations Manager
Bell 2 Lodge
Lead Bell 2 Lodge remotely with senior operational oversight, strong leadership, and guest-focused management across year-round seasonal operations.
As Lodge Manager, you oversee the hotel, restaurant, gas station, and winter heliskiing resort. You lead teams across departments, manage guest service, and adapt operations between distinct summer and winter seasons. The position requires a minimum two-year commitment and operates on a three-week-on, one-week-off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, scheduling, mentoring, and performance monitoring
Oversee seasonal lodge and heliskiing operations
Manage reservations, billing, payroll coordination, and reconciliations
Coordinate suppliers, procurement, transportation, and remote logistics
Lead emergency response and maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Minimum two-plus years in a similar management role
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Financial acumen in budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Experience with PMS, POS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Serving It Right and a valid driver's license required
