Assistant Manager Product Commercialization

Product commercialization and project management define this Assistant Manager role supporting Aldi, HEB, and Costco private label programs. Coordinate launches and changes across teams.
Support end-to-end commercialization of finished goods as an Assistant Manager. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations across new product launches, reformulations, optimizations, packaging, and production readiness. Maintain accurate workflows, timelines, systems, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate finished goods commercialization for Aldi, HEB, and Costco
Manage launches, product changes, reformulations, and optimizations
Support costing, validation, approvals, BOMs, and specifications
Maintain product and packaging data in SAP/IPD
Communicate timelines, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements:
University degree in a related field
3+ years in commercialization, project management, or food manufacturing
Understanding of finished goods commercialization processes
Familiarity with SAP, IPD, or similar systems
Strong accuracy, collaboration, communication, and risk management skills
Apply commercialization, project management, SAP/IPD, and packaging coordination skills across major private label customer programs.
