Interaction with drivers and vendors is crucial to maintaining seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate hazmat labeling to ensure compliance
• Approve and review truck repair estimates
• Schedule and track service requests effectively
• Communicate with drivers facing maintenance issues
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely repairs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma preferred for applicants
• Service Writer experience is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations needed
• Understanding of truck maintenance is required
• Availability for weekend shifts essential
