Lead municipal infrastructure design at EXP from Calgary or Edmonton, applying civil drafting, coordination, and technical review expertise across Western Canada.
This senior technical role supports municipal and civil infrastructure projects through independent design production and delivery leadership. You will develop roadways, grading, site servicing, water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater designs. The work also includes coordinating multidisciplinary drawing packages, resolving constructability concerns, and mentoring technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil design and drawing production for complex municipal projects
Prepare coordinated plans, profiles, sections, details, and construction packages
Review drawings, models, and design documentation technically
Coordinate information across engineering disciplines and offices
Mentor junior and intermediate technologists, technicians, and designers
Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related discipline
Extensive municipal or civil infrastructure design experience
Strong civil design, drafting, and digital-delivery platform proficiency
Knowledge of infrastructure, construction practices, and design standards
Ability to provide technical direction independently
Bring municipal design, drawing coordination, and technical leadership skills to EXP infrastructure projects in Calgary or Edmonton.
