Global Relay seeks a Cyber Security Specialist L2 to provide second-level response to threats and vulnerabilities. You will investigate logs, determine root causes, recommend resolutions, and maintain security infrastructure. The role includes configuring, supporting, and testing AI and machine learning capabilities across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Action escalated incidents and service requests promptly
Triage events according to severity and criticality
Investigate logs and data sources for root causes
Evaluate, install, and maintain security tools
Configure and test AI security platform features
Requirements:

Two to five years of hands-on security systems experience
Working knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR
Experience testing AI alert enrichment and response automation
Understanding of generative AI security risks
Security certification and strong documentation skills
Apply security analysis, infrastructure knowledge, and AI platform expertise to second-level cyber defense at Global Relay.
