Associates greet, engage, and thank customers while supporting basic service in adjacent departments and continuing to build product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow Home Depot’s Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking service model
Ask open-ended questions about projects and customer expertise
Recommend merchandise, related items, and available services
Maintain signed, displayed, and clean products
Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Effective communication and customer-focused approach
Strong interpersonal skills
Retail or trade experience is an asset
Availability for evenings and weekends may be required
Bring customer focus, product knowledge, and communication skills to guide Home Depot customers through their projects.
