Change Enablement Co-op Student

Support change enablement at CIBC in Toronto using SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and clear written communication during a 12-month winter co-op.
As a Winter Co-op Student, you’ll support the Contact Centre Change Enablement and Adoption team. You’ll maintain Knowledge Central pages, repositories, job aids, process guides, and reference materials. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, campaign delivery, audit-ready documentation, and workflow innovation using Power BI and CIBC AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:

Update Knowledge Central pages, job aids, and process guides
Maintain SharePoint repositories and documentation standards
Support feedback-driven process and content improvements
Contribute to sales campaigns and larger initiatives
Assist with testing CIBC AI agents and Power BI workflows
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
Returning to full-time studies after the co-op
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
Experience creating clear written materials
Degree or diploma in a related field
Build communications, content management, process improvement, and emerging technology skills as a CIBC change enablement co-op student.
