Aircraft Turnaround Coordinator
Menzies
Coordinate aircraft turnarounds on-site for Menzies Aviation in a full-time role requiring ramp operations knowledge and accurate documentation.
The Turnaround Coordinator organizes ground handling activities for each flight. You will coordinate services, monitor ramp personnel, communicate with pilots and airline operations, and support safe, secure, on-time departures. The position requires proactive flight information sharing and precise records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate flight turnarounds and aircraft handling services
Ensure loading matches airline requirements and aircraft loadsheets
Monitor arrivals, departures, delays, and gate changes
Report incidents, discrepancies, irregularities, and potential complaints
Complete flight files, daily logs, audits, and reports
Requirements:
Computer proficiency and ramp operations knowledge
Excellent communication with pilots and airline operations
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Flexibility for assigned shift schedules
Legal ability to work in Canada and minimum age eighteen
Bring ramp coordination, radio communication, and documentation accuracy to aircraft turnarounds with Menzies Aviation in Canada.
