A relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this role and prior experience working in a nursery or with children under 5 is desirable.
Working full-time as an Early Years Educator, you will be:
Highly knowledgeable of early childhood development
Encouraging development through play, exploration and child-led learning
Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development
Planning and delivering engaging activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
Carrying out observations and tracking key children's progress
Forming and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
Working collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
With various opportunities for career development and a friendly and supportive working environment, this diverse nursery is a great place for any qualified Early Years Educator to work.
This is a permanent position to start ASAP, and is very rewarding as you'll be making a real difference to children's early development. Salary would be from £26k-£30k per annum, and the role is 40 hours per week, all year round, with a good holiday scheme.
