Night Shift Laboratory Technician

Work overnight chemistry operations as a Medical Laboratory Technician at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services in Mississauga, Ontario, part time.
This night-shift laboratory position supports patient care through accurate and efficient laboratory activities. You will enter specimens, prioritize testing, and perform procedures under direct medical laboratory technologist supervision. Recent chemistry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter specimen information and triage testing appropriately
Follow LifeLabs procedures for specimen handling and prioritization
Complete quality assurance procedures and address indicators
Record instrument and equipment maintenance at defined intervals
Protect patient confidentiality and maintain workplace safety
Requirements:
High School diploma
WHMIS training
Analyzer experience required, preferably Abbott Alinity
Recent chemistry experience preferred
Ability to work with biohazardous materials and reagents
Use your analyzer experience, chemistry knowledge, and careful specimen handling to support LifeLabs overnight laboratory services.
