As a Bulk Petroleum Customer Service Clerk, you will handle customer interactions and administrative tasks supporting the Killam Bulk team. Responsibilities include receiving orders, taking payments, managing inventory, reconciling deliveries, and flagging invoices for accounts payable. The role requires physical fitness and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Take customer delivery orders and payments
Flag invoices for accounts payable processing
Reconcile bulk petroleum deliveries accurately
Perform required cash reconciliation duties
Complete training and required certifications
Requirements:

Detail-oriented approach to customer service
Two-plus years of retail experience
Two-plus years of customer service experience
Strong mathematical and general accounting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
