Inventory Control Coordinator Warehouse Operations

Manage inventory accuracy at Cardinal Health through warehouse operations, WMS controls, and discrepancy resolution. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
As an Inventory Coordinator, Warehouse Operations, you will protect product integrity, quality, and accuracy across a healthcare supply chain. Cardinal Health provides more than 70,000 products to Canadian healthcare facilities and medical professionals. Your work includes inventory adjustments, product holds, returns, purchasing, profiling, and inbound and outbound discrepancy resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product holds, movements, returns, purchasing, and automated inventory tracking
Profile products for efficient picking, replenishment, and slotting
Monitor damage, adjustments, shortages, and cycle count metrics
Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and WMS records
Document variances and resolutions according to SOPs
Requirements:
High school diploma
At least one year of inventory-related experience
Knowledge of computer systems, ERP, WMS, Microsoft Access, and Excel
Familiarity with inventory management principles and AS/400
Ability to lift loads up to 23 kilograms
