This senior individual contributor performs full Rental Coordinator duties while serving as a trusted operational reference. You will support colleagues, share best practices, and maintain continuity without formal managerial accountability. The position combines customer communication, organizational discipline, analytical problem-solving, fleet coordination, and used equipment support.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues
Support Rental Coordinators with operational guidance
Coordinate equipment inspections, returns, and follow-up
Manage rental and used equipment activities daily
Support cross-functional projects and safety standards
Requirements:

Demonstrated subject matter expertise for colleagues
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with rental or used equipment management
College diploma in administration, sales, or technical field
Use customer service leadership, rental coordination, and equipment expertise to strengthen Toromont Material Handling branch operations.
