The Leasing Specialist serves prospective residents while helping achieve high occupancy rates. You will schedule appointments, show properties, manage applications, and complete follow-up activities. The position requires two years of direct sales experience, computer literacy, and access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up open houses for prospective residents
Book telephone and online appointments
Show properties and amenities to prospective residents
Conduct follow-up calls and market comparisons
Complete rental applications, credit checks, and commission records
Requirements:

Two years of direct sales experience
Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent telephone, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Strong organization, multitasking, judgment, and discretion
Use sales, communication, and organizational skills to support Starlight Investments residents and multi-residential occupancy objectives.
