Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Troubleshoot service requests via CMMS ticketing
• Coordinate third-party vendor activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience
• Diploma or degree in Building Systems or related field
• Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
