Elevate client experience with Raymond James as an Account Transfer Specialist for a 12-month contract. Oversee and process asset transfers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
In this critical position, the Account Transfer Specialist will ensure seamless external asset transfers within client accounts. You will play a vital role in coordinating with financial institutions, verifying documentation, and meeting regulatory compliance standards such as CRA and CIRO regulations. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help support clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transfers between financial institutions accurately
• Review transfer requests for regulatory compliance
• Verify client documentation before initiating transfers
• Coordinate with advisors and custodians for smooth operation
• Monitor transfer statuses and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or related field
• Knowledge of investment products and account types
• Experience with CDS, Arrow, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
