Lead client-focused insurance conversations with RBC Insurance in St. John’s, using referrals, networking, and needs-based financial advice.
RBC Insurance is seeking a self-motivated Insurance Advisor for its Field Sales team. The role serves an existing referral network and new RBC client acquisitions through discovery and honest sales practices. You will manage opportunities, use digital customer tools, and remain accountable for business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide integrated life insurance planning and advice
Identify opportunities that deepen client relationships
Use Salesforce and compliant customer systems
Expand networks through prospecting and approved referrals
Deliver RBC’s trusted financial institution vision
Requirements:
Life/A&S License or HLLQP/LLQP completion commitment
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Professional insurance sales experience is an asset
Digital literacy across varied systems and tools
CFP, CLU, or CHS designation is preferred
