As a Warehouse Worker at Sysco, you will work in a fast-paced environment with mandatory availability for a 4 AM start time. Key skills include operating an electric stand-up counterbalance forklift and adhering to health and food safety regulations. Be prepared for physical demands, ensuring safety in your work while providing support as a certified First Aid responder.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick and stage orders in cold conditions
• Operate an electric stand-up counterbalance forklift
• Follow health and safety protocols with PPE usage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Assist with workplace safety as a First Aid responder
Requirements:
• Standup electric counterbalance forklift certification
• 1+ year of warehouse experience in food processing
• Completion of High School, Post-Secondary an asset
• Training in Food Safety and HACCP regulations
• Physical ability to lift and perform manual tasks
