Key Responsibilities:
Set targets and achieve sales, shrink, labour, and expense goals
Lead, motivate, coach, and train the in-store team
Execute merchandising, advertising, and suggestive selling strategies
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
Resolve operational issues, concerns, queries, and complaints professionally
Requirements:
Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on business growth and planning
Proven leadership grounded in integrity, passion, and authenticity
Financial acumen interpreting Profit and Loss statements
Merchandising and marketing knowledge supporting sales and gross profit
Proficiency in inventory control, Microsoft Office, and SAP
