As a Building Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities and address tenant relations. • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and corridors
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance

• Ensure resident safety and security at all times
• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents
Requirements:
• Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred
• Valid First Aid certification (provided by the company)
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential
• Must follow an on-call schedule
