As an Actuarial Specialist Associate, you will support Global Actuarial Services Delivery Canada across retirement and health benefits consulting. The work includes pension valuation, plan design, accounting reporting, and client project leadership. This hybrid position requires at least three office days weekly.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as technical leader for client projects
Direct, coach, and guide actuarial analysts
Create work plans and monitor timelines and budgets
Price pension and executive pension benefits
Produce demographic and financial experience studies
Requirements:

Three or more years’ pension or post-retirement experience
Actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related degree
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office software
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Adaptability, teamwork, and deadline management skills
Use pension modelling, project leadership, and client communication skills to support Marsh’s integrated Canadian benefits consulting work.
