As a Registered Nurse with an emphasis on Renal Services, you will engage with patients by conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating effective nursing interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored care plans

• Document all nursing activities in compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the BCCNM
• Two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in nephrology
• Completion of specialized nephrology training is preferred
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams
