Key Responsibilities:
• Contact borrowers to arrange signing meetings
• Certify signatures on mortgage and legal documents
• Maintain compliance with lender requirements
• Ensure a positive customer service experience
• Handle inquiries efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
• Must be a Commissioner of Oaths
• Experience in lending or legal industries preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for on-call work
• Reliable access to a vehicle and technology
