Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of facility mechanical systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed
• Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
• Manage work order lifecycle effectively
• Participate in facility-related project support
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant trades training
• Proven experience in HVAC and mechanical systems maintenance
• Knowledge of facility operations processes
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call
