Retail Store Operations Manager
La Vie en Rose Inc.
Manage retail operations for La Vie en Rose by coordinating people, presentation, inventory, and administration across a full-time store leadership role.
As Store Manager, you will ensure smooth operations and uphold corporate standards for service, sales, visual presentation, and productivity. You will lead recruiting, training, evaluations, scheduling, absence management, inventory planning, store opening and closing, and collaboration with mall administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop a high-performance store team
Conduct evaluations and manage attendance, disputes, and discipline
Create inviting displays using planograms and product knowledge
Plan incoming orders and improve inventory management results
Open and close the store while supporting administrative projects
Requirements:
Proactive and conscientious approach to store management
Ability to communicate vision, mission, and brand culture
Strong organization for schedules, reports, and operational tasks
Ability to act as an inspirational leadership role model
Openness to new challenges and changing store demands
