Responsibilities include modifying exercise intensity, ensuring class punctuality, and fostering community through social media participation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging Pilates classes aligned with their descriptions
• Adjust exercise intensity based on participant needs
• Monitor class effectiveness from start to finish
• Engage in community-building social media activities
• Communicate member feedback to the Group Fitness Manager

Requirements:
• Current Mat Pilates Instructor certification
• Minimum one year of group fitness teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise modifications
• Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development
