Licensed Practical Nurse Home Care Stonewall
Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority
Provide home care nursing in Stonewall with Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, using IV therapy and wound care expertise. Work days, evenings, and weekends.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care, you will work under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor within a multidisciplinary team. The position supports integrated, holistic health services responsive to residents’ and staff needs. You will complete activities assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator while exercising professional judgment and supporting the Authority’s mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer assigned Home Care functions and activities
Support integrated, holistic health services
Exercise professional judgment on daily matters
Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
Respond to resident and staff needs
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse with applicable additional education
Current Manitoba registration in good standing
IV Therapy and Wound Care Levels 1 and 2
Current Basic Life Support certification
One year nursing experience preferred in Home Care
Bring independent nursing judgment, wound care knowledge, and collaborative practice to Home Care services in Stonewall.
