This junior coordinator position suits someone finishing interior design studies or holding related training. You will learn products, materials, finishes, brands, and kitchen design processes. The work supports design, sales, and accounting teams while guiding clients from initial request through follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and introduce projects, materials, and finishes
Qualify requests by needs, budget, branch, and timeline
Assign projects to designers and send welcome emails
Answer French and English calls and emails
Coordinate after-sales requests, payments, and showroom logistics
Requirements:
Interior design DEP, DEC, AEC, or related studies
Bilingual French and English communication, spoken and written
Warm manner with clients in person and by phone
Ability to manage priorities, interruptions, and confidential information
Comfort with computer tools; Monday experience is an asset
Build kitchen design expertise through bilingual reception, project qualification, client follow-up, and showroom coordination at Ateliers Jacob.
