Delivery & Logistics Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
Pay: $21–$24/hour based on experience and fit
At The Hot Tub People , we don’t just sell hot tubs — we coordinate experiences, backyard transformations, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and people-oriented Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently handle customer conversations, keeps operations organized, and knows how to get things done without needing constant direction.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence on the phone and excellent communication skills
Good computer skills and ability to learn software quickly
A strong work ethic and the ability to grind when needed
Problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure
A customer-first mindset while still being able to guide conversations and keep projects moving
Sales, customer service, logistics, or coordination experience is considered a strong asset
The ability to confidently “take control” of scheduling situations and help customers commit to timelines

Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts at once
Able to think ahead and prevent problems before they happen

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating and scheduling hot tub deliveries and installations
Calling customers to confirm delivery details and ensure they are prepared for installation day
Using checklists to gather all required information before deliveries
Communicating daily with delivery crews and helping manage schedules efficiently
Managing and maintaining the company-wide stock list and inventory tracking
Registering warranties through manufacturer portals
Sending and managing electronic documents/signatures
Handling minor customer service or delivery issues professionally and confidently
Keeping delivery routes and schedules efficient to control labour hours and maximize productivity
Working with programs such as Google Suite, Jobber, Shopify, and electronic signature software
