The Alterations CSR role at David’s Bridal focuses on delivering superior customer service by welcoming and assisting clients over the phone and in-store. You will manage appointment scheduling, effectively communicate garment alteration services, and maintain a clean service area. Your proactive approach contributes to our goal of providing Five-Star Customer Service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and service customers in person and virtually
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow
• Explain alteration details and enhance customer confidence
• Maintain organized alterations area and garment standards
• Process transactions accurately at cash wrap
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems
• Prior sewing experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain high dress code standards
