Drive senior living sales and marketing at Amica Pickering, using relationship selling and community networking to grow occupancy and revenue.
As Community Relations Director, you will lead suite awareness, leasing, promotional activities, and prospect engagement for Amica Pickering. You will connect with potential residents, communicate amenities, conduct tours, and maintain timely database updates. The role supports monthly occupancy and revenue targets through organized sales administration, reporting, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales, marketing, and promotional activities for suite leasing
Conduct tours and communicate Amica amenities to prospects
Maintain prospect databases and monitor the community waitlist
Develop sales plans with General Manager and corporate marketing
Coordinate events and report post-activity return on investment
Requirements:
Post-secondary sales and marketing program or related education
Experience developing sales, marketing, and community relations campaigns
Proven relationship selling and excellent communication skills
Experience developing and managing budgets
Valid driver's license and flexible evening availability
Bring senior living market knowledge, event planning, and relationship selling to Amica Pickering's community growth efforts.
