JD Sports seeks a Back of House Manager for its on-site, full-time permanent store team. You will lead the stockroom, support training and onboarding, maintain inventory standards, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the stockroom team and model company standards
Provide onboarding, training, and staff development support
Maintain inventory accuracy and address shrinkage issues
Oversee store supplies and operational readiness
Maintain awareness of products, trends, and product knowledge
Requirements:
Three-plus years of stockroom or distribution center experience
Two-plus years of people management experience
Proven supervision, training, and team development experience
High ethics, integrity, trust, and commitment to feedback
Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
Use compassionate leadership, product awareness, and stockroom expertise to support JD Sports’ inclusive Edmonton team.
