Outdoor Service Operations Leader
Whistle Express Car Wash
Lead an active outdoor service site for Whistle Express in Duncan, combining hands-on leadership with equipment, safety, and operational oversight.
The Site Manager runs every aspect of the location and partners with the Market Director while developing leaders below. You will maintain reliable equipment through preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. You will also enforce environmental protocols, inspect standards, address incidents, and improve performance by reducing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily workflow, efficiency, accuracy, and operational safety
Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor support
Analyze metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime
Enforce health, safety, environmental, and operating protocols
Address risks, incidents, and equipment failures promptly
Requirements:
Ability to operate effectively in hands-on outdoor settings
Mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and maintenance preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks
Strengthen Whistle Express operations in Duncan through practical leadership, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous site improvement.
