Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Provide personalized financial advice and answer customer questions
Discuss portfolio updates and recommend additional solutions
Handle customer problems for frontline staff
Prepare documents consistent with regulations and business intentions
Requirements:
High school diploma or one year relevant experience
Post-secondary or undergraduate related degree is an asset
Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
