Lead retail foodservice operations through budgeting, sales reporting, and team development in a branded customer service environment. Build strong client relationships while managing daily execution.
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee operational planning, expenditures, costing, and sales reporting. You will hire, train, develop, and lead associates while implementing retail and marketing programs. The position includes menu planning, catering, staffing, scheduling, production, customer relationships, and compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan operations, expenditures, budgets, costing, and sales reporting
Hire, train, develop, and lead customer service associates
Implement retail and marketing programs across assigned areas
Manage menu planning, catering, staffing, scheduling, and production
Maintain client relationships and program compliance
Requirements:
Supervisory experience in branded retail foodservice settings
Ability to grow sales and minimize operating costs
Experience with branded concepts and foodservice catering
Strong leadership, motivation, training, and staff development skills
Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems
