Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Silver Hills
Lead night-shift warehouse operations using hands-on supervision, inventory control, and safety leadership in a temperature-controlled environment. Oversee ten hourly employees.
Silver Hills seeks a Warehouse Supervisor reporting to the Operation Excellence Manager. You will manage freezer and dry storage operations, including picking, staging, shipping, and finished goods processes. The position requires coaching associates, monitoring KPIs, maintaining product integrity, and coordinating operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee night-shift picking, staging, shipping, and storage operations
Ensure GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, and SOP compliance
Maintain product integrity through FEFO inventory rotation
Monitor temperatures, capacity, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs
Coordinate with QA, Production, Maintenance, and Logistics
Requirements:
Five to ten years of relevant supervisory experience
One to five years in frozen food storage
Experience with ERP and WMS systems
Valid forklift certification
Availability for specified Sunday and Monday-to-Thursday shifts
