Recruitment Marketing Talent Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract and recruit professionals while creating a personalized recruitment journey. You will manage career fairs, build post-secondary and agency partnerships, coordinate assessments, prepare offers, and support onboarding. The work combines recruitment marketing with confidential records administration and collaboration across hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment marketing strategies attracting and retaining talent
Serve as candidates’ main recruitment journey contact
Manage career fairs and attend recruitment events
Build partnerships with schools, recruiters, agencies, and organizations
Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent related Human Resources experience
Direct recruiting experience managing complete recruitment processes
Previous Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS experience
LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platform experience
High collaboration, engagement, confidentiality, and customer service focus
