Build dealership accounting expertise in Airdrie with Go Auto, supporting reconciliations, monthly financials, and fiscal year-end working papers.
This Accountant helps maintain a clean, healthy set of accounting records while working closely with the Controller and Operations team. The work spans factory receivables, warranty and floorplan schedules, financial statement preparation, and auditor support. Accuracy, flexibility, and Excel proficiency are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean schedules and accurate financial information
Reconcile factory receivables, warranty, and floorplan schedules
Assist monthly financial preparation through reconciliations
Prepare fiscal year-end working papers for audits
Process files across multiple dealership departments
Requirements:
Accounting degree, support experience, or dealership accounting background
Proficiency building, maintaining, and reconciling Excel spreadsheets
Ability to process paperwork accurately and efficiently
Positive, polished, professional approach to teamwork
Flexibility to take on new challenges
