Develop and test

tailored for Canadian-specific benefits, pensions, and deductions.
Support clients through critical phases including UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live stabilization.
Lead data migration activities for payroll balances and historical tax data using HCM Data Loader.
Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to client payroll teams.
Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on Oracle Payroll experience.
Thorough understanding of
Canadian Payroll
(CRA, Revenu Québec, and provincial standards).
Proven experience working in complex, unionized environments with intricate pay rules.
Expertise in
Fast Formula
development and payroll-specific security configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills for reconciling payroll balances and resolving calculation errors.
