Registered Nurses with acute Cardiology experience can advance clinical practice in Winnipeg’s Specialty Resource Team, working in person. Bring current CRNM registration and annual BLS Level C registration to this 0.80 FTE position.
St. Boniface Hospital’s Specialty Resource Team supports an integrated Winnipeg Health Region network committed to excellent, equitable care. This Registered Nurse (N2) position requires recent acute Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Medical/Surgical, or Emergency Nursing experience. Successful candidates complete the Advanced Assessment Course when scheduled by the employer or mutually agreed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical nursing within the Specialty Resource Team
Work in person across the Winnipeg Health Region network
Complete the Advanced Assessment Course when scheduled
Participate in skills assessment if selected for interview
Requirements:
One year recent acute Cardiology experience required
Approved Registered Nursing education program graduate
Current CRNM registration required
Annual BLS Level C registration or re-registration required
Scope of practice under the Regulated Health Professions Act
Use acute Cardiology expertise, CRNM registration, and BLS Level C certification as a Registered Nurse in Winnipeg.
