In this role, you'll provide personal care, support mobility, and perform light exercises for clients in community settings. You will document changes in client conditions and report directly to your Manager/Supervisor, ensuring comprehensive care is delivered thoughtfully and conscientiously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
• Observe and document changes in client health
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
• Carry out light housekeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Active license in good standing with CLHA
• Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Commitment to work every other weekend
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
