As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will coordinate consistent educational strategies across the centre. You will lead activity planning, adapt the Bee Curious curriculum for diverse needs, and inspire high standards of care and learning. The role includes mentoring Room Leaders and supporting inclusive practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure educational strategies remain consistent across multiple rooms
Lead activity planning and curriculum delivery
Adapt learning experiences for diverse children’s needs
Mentor and develop Room Leaders collaboratively
Oversee wellbeing, safeguarding, and parent relationships
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
Experience working in an early years setting
Supervisory or leadership experience in nursery care
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to foster inclusive, supportive environments
Bring early years leadership, safeguarding awareness, and curriculum coordination to Busy Bees as a Senior Nursery Room Leader.
