Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will focus on maintenance and janitorial tasks within the community. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance for building systems, timely repairs, and maintaining safety logs. This role requires adaptability, planning skills, and attention to detail to ensure all services meet established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide janitorial and groundskeeping services
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment
• Maintain inventory of moveable assets
• Repair or replace building components as needed
• Respond quickly to on-call duties and reports
Requirements:
• Experience in custodial or maintenance in residential settings
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and WHMIS
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check is mandatory
