Quality Assurance Representative Aerospace

The Quality Assurance Representative supports customer-defined products and coordinates activities that ensure customer satisfaction. You will review contractual requirements, prepare assurance plans, verify products, and compile First Article Inspection documentation. The work also includes audits, customer liaison, and quality-system improvement analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Review purchase orders and customer contractual requirements
Prepare quality assurance plans for manufactured products
Authorize product release with certificates of compliance
Compile and audit First Article Inspection reports
Perform workstation and product audits
Requirements:
Engineering Technologist graduate, university degree, or five years’ related manufacturing experience
Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and auditing
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Experience with data collection, management, and analysis
Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Represent aerospace quality requirements through customer coordination, product verification, auditing, and disciplined documentation at Magellan Aerospace.
