Automotive Damage Appraiser Intact

Help Intact evaluate complex automotive damage through vehicle examinations, repair estimates, and customer-focused communication. The role includes a hybrid work model.
As an Auto Field Appraiser, you will determine damage origins, use digital evaluation systems, and negotiate appropriate repair procedures. Claims vary in complexity according to experience. Success requires analytical skills, estimating software knowledge, and communication with shop owners, managers, claims adjusters, and appraisers.
Key Responsibilities:

Determine damage causes and origins after accidents
Approve repair estimates for claims adjusters
Use Audatex and Mitchell estimating software
Negotiate and communicate best repair procedures
Draft claims reports with accurate written communication
Requirements:

College diploma, university degree, or equivalent trade license
Three to five years collision repair industry experience
Ability to prepare estimates using Audatex
Strong analytical skills for evidence-based conclusions
Customer-driven approach with effective communication
