Summary
The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth daily operations in a Polo Ralph Lauren retail store. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor support, and maintaining store standards, with occasional customer service and sales duties as business needs require.
Responsibilities
Process freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags, and complete inventory scans and replenishment tasks.
Manage ship-to-home orders, store transfers, retickets, and stockroom organization.
Support sales floor staff with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
Maintain store presentation, participate in visual merchandising, and support inventory levels on the sales floor.
Follow company policies when processing transactions and returns, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and move throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
