Pricing Procurement Coordinator Masterfeeds

Masterfeeds seeks a Pricing Procurement Coordinator in hybrid London, Ontario, requiring pricing analysis and cross-functional communication skills. Support daily pricing and purchasing operations.
Reporting to the Director of Pricing, this coordinator works with pricing and purchasing teams across Masterfeeds. The position supports databases, market analysis, pricing guidance, reports, approvals, and customer or supplier inquiries. Knowledge of feed markets and contracts supports accurate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain databases covering costs, discounts, rebates, freight, and pricing factors
Analyze markets, competitors, feedback, and reports for pricing opportunities
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Nutrition, and Finance teams
Generate pricing reports and dashboards for distribution
Communicate pricing terms, quotes, invoices, and adjustments
Requirements:

Minimum three years of feed industry experience
Knowledge of commodity markets, pricing, and contracts
Knowledge of feed mill operations and ingredients
Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; D365 experience an asset
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
