Clinical Trial Assistant MRI Operations

At NeuroRx Research, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, the Clinical Trial Assistant supports Project Managers across neurology studies. Work includes clinical site coordination, MRI data handling, reporting, documentation review, and administrative processes. The position supports clinical trials spanning Phases 1 through 4 and follows NeuroRx standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with daily administrative activities
Submit MRI supply and sFTP account requests
Prepare trial-specific reports and issue site queries
Perform quality control on MRI data and report results
Review documentation and follow up with clinical sites
Requirements:
Reside in the Greater Montreal Area
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet tools
Support neurology clinical trials through MRI quality control, documentation coordination, reporting, and precise project administration at NeuroRx Research.
